About us

The most comprehensive, source-verified ABA directory in the US

ABA Care Network™ exists to answer one hard question for families: who can actually help my child, and can I trust what I’m reading? We map every ABA provider in the country from public federal records, pair each listing with independent family reviews, and show families exactly what to verify — so choosing care is grounded in evidence, not marketing.

And we build for the families others overlook: we’re one of the only ABA directories with a dedicated Spanish-language experience, and we help eligible families get free or low-cost care through Medicaid, public programs, and their insurance.

Public, citable sources

What makes us the authority on ABA

Directories are easy to fake and easy to inflate. Our credibility comes from two things a family can check for themselves: validated public sources and independent reviews.

1. Validated public sources

Every provider profile is built from public, government-grade records — the federal NPI registry, Census geocoding, the BACB certificant registry, and state boards. We cite the source and label anything that is a starting point rather than a confirmed fact, so families can verify it themselves.

2. Independent family reviews

Real reviews from parents and caregivers — not providers. Clinics cannot buy a rating, edit a family’s words, or delete honest feedback. Editorial brand guides are kept clearly separate from family reviews, and any paid relationship is labeled.

The public sources behind every listing

We don’t ask families to take our word for it. Here is where the data comes from — all of it public and independently checkable.

NPPES / NPI Registry

U.S. Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services

The federal registry of every enrolled healthcare provider. We use it to build provider organization profiles with verified NPI numbers, taxonomies, and locations.

U.S. Census Geocoder

U.S. Census Bureau

Public geocoding that places each provider on the map at the correct address, so families can filter by real driving distance.

BACB Certificant Registry

Behavior Analyst Certification Board

The authoritative source for BCBA, BCaBA, and RBT credentials and their current standing.

State licensing boards

38+ state professional boards

Public license lookup and disciplinary records used to flag what families should confirm before starting care.

Insurance plan documents

Carrier Summaries of Benefits (SBCs)

Coverage details link back to the carrier’s own published plan documents, not our interpretation of them.

State Medicaid directories

50 state Medicaid programs

Public enrollment data used to indicate where Medicaid-funded ABA may be available.

Built for every family — including the ones others overlook

Being the authority on ABA means serving families who usually get left behind: those who search in Spanish, and those who can’t start care until they know it’s covered.

Español

One of the only ABA directories built for Spanish-speaking parents

Most ABA directories are English-only. We offer a full Spanish-language provider search and a filter to find providers who indicate they serve families in Spanish — so a parent who searches in Spanish gets real options, not a dead end.

Coverage & cost

Help getting free or low-cost care when you’re eligible

ABA is only real if a family can afford it. We connect every provider to insurance and coverage guidance and surface Medicaid-enrolled providers by state, so families who qualify — through Medicaid, state and public programs, early intervention, schools, grants, or their health plan — can start care with little or no out-of-pocket cost.

What we verify — and what we ask you to

Authority means being honest about limits. We do not independently confirm every credential, location status, insurance contract, waitlist, service format, or clinical quality measure in real time — these change quickly. Listings tell you plainly what to confirm with the provider, insurer, licensing board, and a qualified clinician before starting care. Our content is educational and is not medical, clinical, insurance, or legal advice.
