How do I keep track of ABA waitlists?

The tracker keeps every clinic’s status and insurance details in one sortable list so you do not have to remember which clinic said what.
Does it cost anything?
No. Saving clinics, tracking status, and adding notes are free and do not require an account. Creating a free account only adds syncing your list across devices — it is never required to use the tracker.
Do clinics see my notes?
No. Your notes and statuses are private to you. We never share your saved list, your notes, or your account information with any clinic. If you choose to message a clinic through the tracker, only the message you write and the contact details you provide go to that specific clinic — never your private notes.
