Listing and Review Policy

Sources of listing data
Provider listings may be created from public databases, public websites, third-party data providers, provider submissions, user suggestions, automated extraction, editorial research, or other sources. We may combine, normalize, summarize, classify, or rank this information for directory use.
No independent verification of every listing
We do not independently verify every listing, review, address, phone number, credential, license, service, insurance relationship, ownership relationship, rating, ranking factor, or availability statement. Information may be wrong, outdated, incomplete, duplicated, or attributed to the wrong provider.
Reviews, ratings, and anonymous feedback
Reviews, ratings, testimonials, summaries, anonymous feedback, and provider descriptions may be submitted by users, providers, third parties, or derived from public/third-party sources. They reflect the source's view or available data and do not necessarily reflect our opinion. We do not guarantee that reviews are accurate, complete, current, unbiased, representative, or written by verified patients or clients.
Anonymous feedback should not include names, contact information, child names, detailed diagnoses, private health information, or other identifying details. User-submitted ratings and feedback may be screened, moderated, edited for formatting, rejected, removed, or withheld from publication at our discretion.
Editorial clinic brand reviews
Our national clinic brand reviews and comparisons are separate from patient or caregiver reviews. They summarize cited public information, label provider-reported claims, identify practical strengths and limitations, and explain what must be checked with a specific local team. They do not mean every location has the same services, staff, availability, insurance contracts, or care quality.
We do not apply a national star rating to an editorial brand guide. Commercial relationships must be disclosed and do not allow a provider to buy a favorable conclusion. Providers may submit supported corrections, but editorial judgments remain ours.
Rankings and placement
Rankings and placement may consider available public information, location, category fit, content completeness, user experience, editorial judgment, technical factors, and commercial relationships. Ranking does not mean a provider is clinically superior, credentialed, endorsed, or the best fit for a particular family.
Provider corrections
Providers, data owners, users, and rights holders can request corrections, updates, removals, or attribution review by emailing [email protected]. Include the URL, the requested change, and supporting documentation.
