Current launch status

The current public website is an SEO directory launch with limited interest forms for families and providers. Do not submit diagnosis details, treatment records, insurance ID numbers, medical documents, or other sensitive health information through general forms or email.

Information we may receive

We may receive information you choose to submit, including your name, email, phone number, state, city, ZIP code, service interest, provider role, credential type, availability, correction requests, takedown requests, provider updates, ownership claims, or other correspondence. Hosting and security providers may also process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages requested, timestamps, and security logs.

Directory data

Provider and directory information may come from public sources, third-party sources, provider submissions, users, automated processing, or editorial research. Directory data is used to operate, update, rank, display, and improve the website.

Interest forms

Family interest forms are used to understand where at-home ABA, parent training, virtual BCBA support, or hybrid care options may be needed. Provider interest forms are used to understand where BCBAs, RBTs, behavior technicians, clinics, and other ABA providers may want to participate in future opportunities. Submitting a form does not create a treatment relationship, employment relationship, referral relationship, or guarantee of service availability.

Interest submissions may be stored with our hosting/database providers and reviewed by the ABA Care Network™ team for planning, follow-up, directory improvement, and market prioritization.

Corrections, removals, and privacy requests

Email support@homeabatherapy.org for correction, update, removal, attribution, privacy, or takedown requests. Include the relevant page URL and enough detail for us to evaluate the request.

The site may link to providers, insurers, public databases, or other third-party websites. We do not control their privacy practices, content, services, or security.
