Cody has worked in the recovery field for over 7 years. With having multiple years in sobriety himself, he has worked for various treatment facilities and finds value and meaning by helping those that suffer from addiction. He thrives in working in the business development field because he can reach various walks of life and collaborates with like-minded individuals who also share the same passion of helping others. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family.

Nathan serves as the Director of Case Management at Faithland Recovery Center, where he oversees the coordination of care, ensuring each client receives structured, individualized support throughout their recovery journey.

Having witnessed the transformative power of recovery firsthand, Josh is driven by a genuine desire to serve others and help people take the first step toward lasting change.

Nicholas Bogenrief serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Faithland Recovery Center. In this role, he oversees office management and ensures compliance coordination, contributing to the center’s smooth and efficient operations.

Benjamin Jeffrey

DIRECTOR OF VETERAN SERVICES & STRATEGIC INITIATIVES

Benjamin Jeffrey is a United States Navy veteran who completed two deployments in the Persian Gulf during Operation Southern Watch following Desert Storm. His path to this work is personal. After his military service, Ben experienced homelessness and addiction firsthand, and his long-term recovery became the foundation of a career dedicated to making sure no veteran has to fight that battle alone.
