Allison Lopez is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with a Master’s degree in Special Education, specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis, from Texas Tech University (2017). With nearly a decade of experience in the field, Allison is passionate about providing individualized, evidence-based support to help children thrive across home, school, and community settings. In addition to her professional work, Allison is a proud mom of two girls and loves spending quality time outdoors with her children—whether it's hiking, biking, or discovering hidden gems around Texas.

Alli embarked on her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2017 as a Registered Behavior Technician, discovering a profound passion for supporting children and families affected by Autism through behavior analytic services. She earned her Master's degree in Behavior Analysis from Ball State University in 2019 with a certificate in Autism. Since then, she has developed expertise on addressing high-risk behavior, early intervention, adaptive living, and social skills in addition to teaching graduate students and supervising their fieldwork hours in ABA.

Jamie Bray

Jamie earned her M.S. in Education from Rutgers University and completed her BCBA coursework through Pennsylvania State University. With more than 28 years’ experience, she specializes in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments, increasing functional communication, and developing effective, function-based interventions. Jamie is deeply committed to clinical excellence, mentorship, and building strong, collaborative teams that deliver high-quality outcomes for clients and families. Outside of work, Jamie enjoys hiking, practicing yoga, and spending time with her family.

Robyn Morgan

Robyn earned her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Benedictine University in 2014. In 2017, she continued her education by earning a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Capella University. She has been practicing ABA since 2015. Robyn’s career has afforded her many opportunities to practice and advocate for vulnerable individuals, using the field of Applied Behavior Analysis as a powerful tool.

Rebecca Kellett

Rebecca earned her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis from Ball State University and brings over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. She specializes in Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment, with a strong focus on staff development through Acceptance and Commitment Training. Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time outdoors, tackling DIY projects, and making memories with her family.

Joe has been practicing ABA for more than ten years and specializes in topics ranging from organizational behavior management to precision teaching and instructional design. He takes a constructional approach to clinical and organizational issues, leveraging client and staff strengths to foster positive change.

Maureen Grajewski

Region Director, Maryland

Maureen earned her M.S. in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Joseph’s University and has over 13 years of experience working with children with ASD and other developmental disabilities. She specializes in Functional Behavior Assessment, function-based intervention and treatment development, decreasing severe rates of challenging behavior, Behavioral Skills Training (BST) procedures, and staff development/BACB coursework supervision. In her free time, Maureen enjoys spending time at the shore with her husband and two children.

Brittney Hutzell

Brittney Hutzell earned her Master’s degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2022. With over a decade of experience in the field, Brittney brings her deeply rooted passion for teaching ABA principles to both clients and their families. Brittney’s professional focus is on caregiver empowerment through compassionate, collaborative practices.

Valerie Hunter

Valerie graduated from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology with a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2014 and became board-certified in 2015. Since then, she has worked with children and adults with ASD and other intellectual disabilities in various settings, including homes, centers, and group homes. Valerie enjoys helping clinicians grow and develop their skill sets and bringing services to new, underserved communities.

Hannah Laviana

Hannah earned her master’s degree in Professional Behavior Analysis through the Florida Institute of Technology in 2016, and has been practicing ABA since 2010. She developed a strong passion for Precision Teaching and the Standard Celeration Chart, building foundational learning skills with early learners, and empowering caregivers through compassion-based collaboration. Hannah is an enthusiastic pet parent who loves to travel to new places, cook, and (attempt to!) keep her extensive plant collection alive.
