At Aborder Behavioral Health (ABH), our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use the science of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to change behavior. Following the results of an initial assessment, we create unique, individualized programs for each child. We focus on manipulating behavior by identifying functions of behavior and implementing researched strategies based on function. Our primary goal is to teach children to communicate their wants and needs while using verbal behavior to decrease problem behavior and increase socially appropriate behaviors.
