With an MS in ABA from National University and pursuing a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Northcentral University, I put my expertise to work guiding our team. Core values like communication, authenticity, and collaboration drive me to foster excellence within our team. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, breadmaking, paddleboarding, and spending time with my dog, Elle.
