As Vice President of Compliance, Kim is primarily responsible for overseeing compliance within BlueSprig and ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures. The VPC is responsible for establishing standards and collaborating across departments to implement procedures and compliance programs throughout the organization that are effective and efficient in identifying, preventing, detecting, and correcting noncompliance with applicable laws and regulations and providing guidance, advice, and training on compliance issues.

As Vice President of Payor Relations, Michael leads the development of payor strategy and partnerships for BlueSprig, shaping the contracts, collaborations, and market development efforts that expand timely access to high-quality ABA services. He and his team partner with clinical, operations, revenue cycle, and market leaders to reduce administrative burden, streamline provider onboarding, and design value-aligned agreements with national and regional health plans.

Jen Angulo, M.S., BCBA serves as Vice President of Operations over the West region at BlueSprig. Jen holds a BS in Psychology from California State University, Chico, and an MS in Applied Behavior Analysis from National University. In addition, she is a doctoral candidate at Capella University with her dissertation titled “Teaching identification of bullying as a beginning advocacy skill to kids with autism through the use of virtual reality” working towards a PhD in Psychology, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis.

As Vice President of Operations with BlueSprig, Amy Smith is responsible for all aspects of center operations and ensuring operational and clinical excellence. Amy brings 15 years of clinical and business management experience across multiple healthcare settings and specialties. Beginning her career as an ICU Nurse, Amy gained a deep understanding of the healthcare delivery system. This valuable experience and knowledge of clinical and business operations have allowed Amy to successfully lead multi-disciplinary teams to achieve organizational goals while emphasizing high-quality care.
